Tangerine Blue Wedding Inspiration

Hi color and wedding lovers, today’s board is one I truly believe works well with almost all the seasons. Though the 2 main colors used (Orange and Blue) are easily associated with the Fall and Winter, the combination in this Tangerine Blue Wedding Inspiration Board somehow reminds me of the gorgeous summer too. It’s bright, it’s colorful and the word “tangerine” is so fruity!

Also keeping the word Tangerine in mind, I remembered and was inspired by Pantone’s Color of the year for 2012, which was Tangerine Tango. This color is a much darker shade of Orange, more like the flower you see on the cake.

Creating this Tangerine Blue Wedding Inspiration board was a fun process for me, as many of you know how much I love to mix color shades. Using a bright orange and a dark orange was easy to communicate the versatility of the color orange and the possibility to combine it with light blue which creates a more playful vibe.
