When: June 17th 2017 | Where: Atlanta, GA | Theme: Romantic | Colors: Neutral, Tan, Rose Gold, Blush Pink |
Cecil and Ali totally knocked it outta the park with their stunning romantic neutral colored wedding last summer. With so much attention to detail such as the huge peony-filled bouquet, to the floral bridesmaids dresses and more, their wedding vision came to light ever so perfectly.
“I wanted something romantic, yet still very whimsical and bohemian. The colors at the reception were rose golds, blush pinks, and golds. There was very dim lighting. Tables were filled with floating candles and pearls, with florals of peonies, roses, and hints of babies breathe.” – Ali
Romantic Neutral Colored Wedding
“Cecil and I met our junior year in college. We both attended the University of Georgia. I was an AOPi and Cecil was a Sigma Nu. We had many mutual friends from both and soon enough we began dating.
On December 26, 2016, Cecil made reservations at our favorite restaurant, Local 3. We have always loved this place, and go there often. We went to our dinner and enjoyed delicious food and wine. Just before leaving, Cecil asked if I wanted to go on a walk in the garden area near the restaurant. We walked outside, and just minutes into walking Cecil was down on one knee and asking me to marry him.
After he proposed he had all of our friends and family waiting at the Borghese, our condo building, ready to celebrate with us!”
“I loved the idea of floral bridesmaids dresses, they were just something so different! Showmeyourmumu had the perfect ones. My dress was a Claire Pettibone. It was exactly what I wanted- it has an antique feel, yet was still bohemian yet romantic at the same time. The bridesmaids dresses went so perfect with the theme.”
“The cake was a beautiful blush cake decorated with a floral design. It matched the romantic theme perfectly and the flowers too 🙂 The grooms cake was a replica of Sanford Stadium. Go DAWGS!”

“My mom gave me her wedding band to string through my bouquet while walking down the aisle. This was my something borrowed. It was very special and I will never forget it.”
