Red Black Wedding Guest Style

Hey loves! Today I’m back with a wedding guest fashion board, totally inspired by my newest jewelry crush collection – the Obelisk collection by AU Rate! This guest’s look is all about sharp and pointy edges, a look fit for the edgy (pun so intended) lady.

Starting off with the dress, I had to center around a color that works for the fall and holidays, Red seemed like a great start. The Naven Sadie Dress is hitting all the right notes with the length and cut out, creating the sharp edge vibe I set out to use for this board. While I’m a sweetheart or v-neck type of girl, this Naven Dress by NBD has me loving the high neck look, something about the dress screams high fashion to me!

Still on the edgy look, I quickly went for a 4 cornered clutch and the Rebecca Minkoff Leo Clutch surely did not disappoint. What I loved most about adding this clutch is the fact that the clutch can double up for both a formal look and an informal look (think a cute tee and jeans). Black always wins but that little gold trim detail quickly adds elegance to this other-wise simple clutch.

For the heels, I thought tying the look to the clutch and the Nissa Heel by RAYE seemed perfect with the color but also the metallic detail of the straps. Seriously, doesn’t it look like the clutch and the heels were made for each other?

Because this look was inspired by the Obelisk jewelry line, I needed to show off at least one of the pieces, this edgy slim drop earrings! I currently have the necklace and ring from this collection and hopefully I can snag this earrings soon! In addition to the earrings and still riding the high of sharp edges in this look, the Icon Ring easily fits in.
