Audrey Hepburn Wedding Inspiration {Styled Shoot}

Happy #WeddingWednesday friends! Are you ready for a swoon-worthy shoot? I mean, one filled with high hair buns, familiar inspirational quotes, soft decor with gold and shades of pink, dapper men and the list goes on. Are you ready?

This Audrey Hepburn wedding inspiration is a mixture of city life and vintage thought of and planned by Cheylaina Fultz, of Creative Purposes by C.Fultz. On 4/14/14 this “Audrey Hepburn with an urban twist” style shoot was birthed at “The Stockroom 230” in downtown Raleigh, a perfect location to combine timeless elegance with an urban ambience! This metropolitan venue inhabits exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and architectural trusses. It must have been made for this shoot!

When considering the design and décor, Cheylaina figured it was a no brainer that Tiffany blue should be incorporated. Blush, pink, nudes, and gold were combined to pull off the ultimate feminine yet classic vintage look that Audrey Hepburn mastered. The china used was found from a local thrift shop. Apparently a woman came in a couple days before to give up her grandmother’s china. It so happened to be the perfect look and colors that were desired for the shoot.

“The day was absolutely beautiful. We had been experiencing unpredictable weather, and winter just would not go away! Nonetheless, on the day of our shoot, the weather was perfect! Prayer answered! I had previously researched pictures of the young Audrey Hepburn in her everyday life. The one that stood out to me the most was her riding her bicycle with her Yorkie sitting in the front basket. Instantly I knew that light blue, vintage styled bicycle sitting in my back yard that I begged my husband for two birthdays ago, had to be used! That’s why it was so important that the weather didn’t ruin my idea of having the bride and groom ride away in their getaway car…..or much rather getaway bike!” – Cheylaina Fultz-Owner of Creative Purposes by C.Fultz

Whoaaaa! Such perfection! It’s hard to pick a favorite piece from this shoot but I’d go ahead and do so; I am crazy in love with the groom’s powder blue jacket. How can a jacket be soft and masculine at the same time? How about you? Let’s here the piece of this shoot that catches your attention the most.
