Air Force Engagement by VA Photography

Happy Monday, and of course, happy memorial day to Knotsvilla’s US readers! Today with the thoughts of memorial day in our hearts and those who have served the nation of US, we have a very sweet Air Force engagement session by V.A. Photography. Staci and Mathieu were introduced through a mutual friend in 2008 before Mat left for Air Force (AF) basic training. They quickly began dating after Mathieu returned from the training. He proposed to her at VA Beach about a year and a half into our relationship after being the USAF in CO for about a year.

The couple wanted to have their engagement pictures taken in Richmond since that is where the relationship began. In the pictures, Mathieu is wearing his Air Force Academy Cadet Dress Blues. Since the couple’s relationship has revolved around the AF and AFA, it just seemed appropriate he dressed up for these engagement photos. For their June wedding, he will be wearing his AF Officer Mess Dress.

Enough about Mat, can we just make some noise about how stylish Staci looks in these photos? Her simple but classy fuchsia dress and her multi colored necklace just seem like the perfect combination that says “less is more” – if you know me, I’m all about that phrase!

Aren’t those save the date photos just the cutest? Talk about the appropriate vintage mix to these air force engagement photos! KnotsVilla is wishing Staci and Mat a gorgeous air force styled wedding but most of all a happy marriage!

“There is no way to thank those who have lost their lives fighting for our freedom. There’s no way to thank the families they left behind who have had to find ways to move on and live life without the loved ones they’ve lost. As you spend time with your loved ones today, remember what this day is about. Remember that freedom isn’t free.” – Liz O’ Connor
